Psychology of killer in Mark Ałdanov’s novel The Beginning of the End – intertextual games with Fiodor Dostoyevsky

In this article, the author analyzes the motif of killer in Mark Ałdanov’s novel The Beginning of the End. The author researches the perception of F. Dostoyevsky’s Crime and Punishment in Ałdanov’s writings. The special attention is focused on the characterization of Raskolnikov.
